Terms and condition for Expert:

  1. READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY THEN ONLY PROCEED FURTHER.
  2. YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THIS SERVICE YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND YOU ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT .
  3. The website www.crackjrf.com is for the purpose of assessment of students on the basis of their performances in test selected by them.
  4. INTERNATIONAL USERS (EXPERTS): The experts on Crackjrf must of Indian origin and should have valid bank account in India for the purpose of their remuneration transfer from Crackjrf to their account.
  5. The payment shall be made through cheque or online transfer if requested. Under no circumstances the honorarium earned by the expert is to be given in cash.
  6. There shall be deduction of income tax as per rules of Department of income tax India.
  7. The payment to the experts will be 70% of the amount paid by the students for solution after deduction of Service tax as per rules.
  8. You, an Expert will be solely and fully responsible for all conduct, services, advice, postings and transmissions that are made under your user name and password. You represent, warrant and declare that while you are using Crackjrf.com as and Expert, you will act according to the following rules:
  9. If your status is “Available” then you should keep your account active by logging in your account at least once in two days. In case you are not able to login due to any reason then you should set your status “Not Available”.
  10. Expert’s identity and contact information will not be disclosed by Crackjrf to any third party under any circumstances.
  11. Expert will not provide their identity or contact details as email id, phone numbers to the students due to privacy rules.
  12. The answer to the questions asked by the students should not abide copyright act for print or electronic publication. The response should be original.
  13. Expert grants Crackjrf an unlimited, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, edit, copy, transmit, control, publicly perform, and create derivative works communicate to the public or any third party any such information and content on a world-wide basis.
  14. The experts will not make an encroachment in an area he/she doesn’t expertise.
  15. Expert will not mislead students to believe that he or she can provide a service which is outside Expert’s fields of expertise
  16. Expert will not transmit any unlawful, harassing, libelous, privacy invading, abusive, threatening, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, racist, harmful, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind through Crackjrf.
  17. Expert will not upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available: (a) any information/material that infringes a third party right, especially copyright or other intellectual property rights (b) software viruses, Trojan horses, worms or any other malicious application or (c) any information or material which may constitute or encourage conduct that is a criminal offense or civil wrong or otherwise violates any applicable law;
  18. Expert will not interfere with or disrupt the Crackjrf.com site or servers or networks connected to the Site
  19. Expert will not disobey or breach this Agreement or any other applicable instructions conveyed by Crackjrf or its officers
  20. Decision of www.crackjrf.com board panel regarding any dispute shall be final and not be challenged elsewhere.
  21. You agree that the information given in the registration form is true.
  22. This agreement contains all the terms and conditions between you, a Expert and Crackjrf. Clicking in the check box for “terms and condition” you agree that YOU HAVE READ ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AND AGREE WITH ALL OF THEM. IN CASE YOU DON’T AGREE WITH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER ON www.crackjrf.com
